After graduating from the U of L’s Addictions Counselling program (B.HSc) in 2014, Adrian spent most of the next decade working and playing on Vancouver Island. A continual desire to deepen and develop led Adrian to become a Massage Therapist, graduating WCCMT Victoria in 2019. Since then he’s logged countless hours honing his bodywork and healership skills with all sorts of folk.

Adrian is experienced and effective within many realms: athletic sports massage, chronic pain management, autoimmune support, nervous system down-regulation, technical evidence-informed protocols, and more. Well known for his relaxing and uncomplicated approach to therapy, Adrian ensures his clients leave the treatment room empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to continue their healing at home.

Adrian’s most unique bodywork offering is Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy, a beautiful floor massage modality fusing the best of Traditional Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu, and Osteopathy into a relaxing, grounding, and highly effective offering.
